Cadtree Limited operates jackpotcity-casino-canada.org, spincasino.ca, rubyfortune.ca, and royalvegas.ca (collectively, the "Casino Websites"). 2. What Data We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
Registration data including full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, physical address, government ID number, and occupation. Government-issued photo ID and supporting documents submitted for KYC identity verification. Payment information including credit card numbers and bank account details for processing deposits and withdrawals. 7. Cookies
Cadtree Limited uses Tracking Technologies — including cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and scripts — on jackpotcity-casino-canada.org and in the casino app. Four categories are used: strictly necessary (essential for login and security), functionality (remembering language preferences and login status), performance (analytics and usage statistics), and marketing or advertising (delivering targeted offers). 8. Data Retention

- AML-related data: minimum five years from the end of the customer relationship.

- Inactive accounts with no login for six or more consecutive months: subject to deactivation after 30 days' notification; a C$10 monthly administration fee applies to positive cash balances in deactivated accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
9. Minors
Jackpotcity-casino-canada.org is not directed at persons under 19 years of age. Age verification is conducted during registration.
