3. Eligibility
- Players must be a minimum of 19 years of age to register an Account or use the Services.
- Players must be physically located in Ontario at the time of registration and at each subsequent login. Geolocation technology verifies physical location.
- Only one Account is permitted per person, household, email address, telephone number, payment method, and shared device environment.
- Players who have self-excluded from any iGaming Ontario-registered platform are not eligible to register.
- Ineligible individuals include: players under 19 years of age; players under court order restricting online gambling; players subject to a written AGCO Registrar direction prohibiting access; officers and employees of Cadtree Limited; employees of registered third-party game suppliers; AGCO members and employees; and officers, directors, and employees of OLG or iGaming Ontario.
4. Account Registration
All registration information must be accurate and complete. Cadtree Limited may request government-issued photo ID, proof of Ontario address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time, including at registration and before processing any withdrawal. Accounts with incomplete or inaccurate details may be suspended pending verification; accounts that cannot be verified may be closed with balances confiscated, refunded, or voided. Players must update registration details promptly by contacting Player Services. Account login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is available and recommended. Cadtree Limited will never request a player's password via email or chat.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Jackpot City accepts deposits via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac, eCheck, and Apple Pay. The minimum deposit is C$10. All deposits reflect in the player's account instantly. Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the original deposit up to the deposited amount; winnings above the deposited amount are paid to the player's Preferred Method of Payment (PMOP). For Ontario players, Instant Withdrawals are available on eligible methods (Interac and Visa OCT) — funds are released as soon as internal compliance review is complete, without the standard 48-hour pending period. KYC verification — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — must be completed before any withdrawal is released. Withdrawal requests are screened during a rolling 24-hour compliance review window; withdrawals are not processed over weekends. Funds returned to a payment method follow the method's own processing timeframe after Jackpot City's release.
5a. Bonuses and Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance. Bonus funds cannot be directly withdrawn and must be played through the applicable wagering requirement before converting to withdrawable cash. The welcome bonus carries a 35x play-through requirement on bonus funds. Game contributions toward wagering requirements: Slots, Must Win Jackpots, Keno, Scratch Cards — 100% (re-spin slots count 10%); table pokers, most roulettes, most video pokers, most blackjacks (excluding Classic Blackjack), Casino War — 8%; Classic Blackjack, All Aces video poker, Jacks or Better video poker — 2%; all baccarat, craps, Red Dog, Sic Bo — 0%. Single bets of 30% or more of the credited bonus amount constitute irregular play. The maximum bet during active bonus play-through is C$8 per round and C$0.50 per line. Unused bonus balances and associated loyalty points expire six months from the date of issue. Each bonus is limited to one claim per person, household, email, phone number, payment method, and IP address.
5b. Responsible Gambling
Cadtree Limited promotes responsible gaming by providing deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, self-assessment tools, temporary self-exclusion ("Take a Break"), and permanent self-exclusion (minimum six months) within every player's account dashboard. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed once activated. Players seeking immediate account suspension should contact Player Services via live chat. For external support, Ontario players can contact ConnexOntario at connexontario.ca or the Responsible Gambling Council at responsiblegambling.org.
